Salaam! Welcome to Morshedshad!
I am Seyyed Ali, an Iranian Shiite Muslim and I live in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Morshedshad was the name of my teacher who was martyred when I was a primary school student during the eight-year imposed war with Saddam’s Baath regime (Iran-Iraq war).
I created this personal weblog to, on my part, shout out the legitimacy and oppression of Islam and tell truth seekers what Islam is, what Shiism is, who Imam Mahdi (peace be upon him) is and why we believe in him, we are waiting for him and why every person who seeks truth and justice must demonstrate in action that he or she is awaiting the global uprising of Imam Mahdi (peace be upon him and may our souls be sacrificed for him).
Here we are discussing why a true Muslim is obligated to stand against global arrogance in every age and time, to submit and obey only God, and to use his God-given talents and abilities only for spiritual and moral development and advancement, and not to employ or enslave any power other than God.
We will not insult or slander anyone here. What we will cite are:
- The Holy Quran
- The narrations of the Prophet Muhammad and the infallible Imams from his pure family
- Documented historical events and experiences
- Statements of the Imams (leaders) of the Islamic Revolution of Iran: Imam Khomeini (may Allah have mercy of him) and Imam Khamenei (may Allah protect him and for whom my life may be sacrificed)
- Reason (which is man’s inner tool for distinguishing right from wrong)
